1. Description of the Service

SovyAI provides a voice-activated, prompt-driven computer-use AI agent engineered for autonomous desktop workflow automation on compatible Windows operating systems. The software operates as an intelligent desktop AI assistant, analyzing screen UI hierarchies, interpreting user voice commands, and issuing programmatic mouse clicks, keystrokes, and navigation commands to streamline repetitive tasks across local software, web browsers, and third-party tools.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to license and run the SovyAI desktop agent.
• Account Responsibility: If an account or license key is required to access SovyAI software features, you agree to provide accurate and current registration details. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all automated actions executed under your profile.

3. Software License & System Permissions

Subject to these Terms, SovyAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run this autonomous desktop automation tool on personal and enterprise computing hardware.

To deliver accurate computer-use AI automation, the SovyAI desktop client requires explicit system-level access. By launching the agent, you authorize the software to:

• Access audio input devices (microphones) to process real-time voice prompts.
• Capture visual display buffers and monitor UI elements to guide computer-vision-based navigation.
• Emulate native OS-level mouse clicks, cursor trajectories, scroll sequences, and keyboard inputs across running desktop applications.

4. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

Because SovyAI functions as an autonomous AI agent that controls mouse and keyboard operations, you are required to supervise runtime cycles and maintain safe operating practices.

You agree NOT to use SovyAI to:

• Violate any applicable regional, national, or international laws or digital regulations.
• Deploy the agent for unauthorized access, password scraping, brute-force attacks, or malicious evasion of third-party software protections.
• Automate unauthorized financial transactions, submit sensitive personal identification without oversight, or handle restricted data in violation of our Privacy Policy.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, extract training data, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of the SovyAI desktop client and agentic coordination backend.
• Use the automation service to generate spam, overwhelm third-party servers, or disrupt foundational AI API endpoints.

5. AI Autonomy, Human Oversight & Disclaimers

• Human-in-the-Loop Supervision: SovyAI operates via multimodal visual perception and LLM-driven planning. While optimized for accuracy, autonomous AI systems may occasionally misinterpret voice commands, miscalculate UI bounding boxes, or click unintended screen elements.
• Active Monitoring: You agree to maintain situational oversight during automated desktop sessions. You must keep active windows visible and remain prepared to engage the global emergency stop hotkey to halt agent execution instantly.
• Third-Party Applications: When SovyAI interacts with third-party software, local files, or online portals, it does so solely under your instruction and authority. SovyAI is not liable for outcomes, account actions, or modifications resulting from third-party terms of service violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All software rights, algorithms, model architectures, brand trademarks, and documentation related to the SovyAI computer-use AI platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of SovyAI and its licensors. Users retain absolute ownership over their local files, input prompts, custom automation workflows, and proprietary assets processed by the tool.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOVYAI DESKTOP AUTOMATION SOFTWARE AND RELATED COMPUTER-USE AGENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC WORKFLOW, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AGENT EXECUTION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TASK RUNS WILL EXECUTE WITHOUT OPERATING SYSTEM DELAYS OR GRAPHICAL GLITCHES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOVYAI, ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, FILE CORRUPTION, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR WORKFLOW DISRUPTIONS—ARISING OUT OF THE OPERATION OR INABILITY TO OPERATE THIS DESKTOP AI AGENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH RISKS.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license to use the SovyAI application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any section of these Terms or engage in abusive automation behavior. You may terminate your agreement at any time by uninstalling the desktop software and closing your account.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms to reflect technical updates, operating system compatibility shifts, or regulatory changes in autonomous AI software. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of SovyAI represents acceptance of the updated Terms.
